Return shipments and cancellations

We hope that you are satisfied with all the products you have purchased from us, but if you are not completely satisfied, you will find more information about our refund policy below.

We strongly recommend that all items are fully checked at the time of delivery.

In general, unless otherwise specified, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it meets one or more of the following conditions:

is defective

If the products do not match your order / recipe 
Products are defective or physically damaged 
Products have a shelf life of less than 3 months

You have the right to return your items within 14 working days and receive a full refund.

 Acceptable returns

All items must be returned in their original condition, with intact price tags, user’s manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original box / packaging as delivered to you.

 

In the case of medicines, articles must be returned in full, in their original condition, with box, strip and packaging intact.

If you want to return a device that stores personal information, make sure that you have removed all such information from the device before returning. Nembutal Pharmacy is in no way responsible for the misuse or use of such information.

Please note that we cannot return for the following:

Perishable items. 
Unclosed items with a protective seal for health protection or hygienic reasons. 
Personal hygiene products. 
Products that are purchased in a sale and that are marked as “non-returnable” on the category detail page or product detail page.

How to return an item?

Contact our customer service within 14 working days after receiving your articles via e-mail or by filling in the form on our contact page.

Once you have informed our Customer Care team about the return of your items, you will receive instructions on how and where to send or deliver your returns. The options can be courier delivery, collection by our delivery person or delivery to a designated Nembutal pharmacy. Please note: all options are not available in all areas and our customer service will make every effort to facilitate a convenient option.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning your items and we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurred during shipment. Ensure that they are properly secured and packaged and we recommend that all returns be sent via a branded courier service where necessary.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your return within 24 hours of receiving the item, but it may take up to 30 days before you receive the return via the original payment method.

Please note that when processing the refund, we have the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss of income in the value of returned items, which may be 100% if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. 
In some cases we may only offer a replacement or credit note instead of a refund. We will inform you of this as soon as the return is processed by our returns department

Cancellation policy

If you place the order and want to cancel it, you can do so by logging into your account in the order history section of the website, while the order status is in a created state.

After the order has been approved by our team, you can contact the customer service team via e-mail for cancellation requests. If the request is received before the order is sent, a full refund will be made.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and the process described in the return section applies.
